As disciples, we believe that God always has something to teach us, something we can learn, and a new way for God to lead us in our ever changing world. In order to help us keep our eyes, ears and hearts open to God, we gather together to study in many different ways. We read and study Scripture, we engage in discussion around Scripture and other books, discuss worship and other topics. With our children we tell the story of Scripture, using song, story, and arts to teach the story of God’s involvement in our world and in our lives.
We gather each Sunday morning at 9 am for Sunday School. We have one adult class:
- The Seekers class meets in the Christian Education wing and studies Scripture together using The Present Word curriculum.
Our children meet each week to begin their spiritual formation as disciples of Jesus Christ.
- Messengers Class is for the younger elementary, following the Lectionary that we use in worship.
- Spirit Seekers Class is for the upper elementary and junior high, using curriculum that follows the Lectionary that we use in worship.
- Our youth meet each week using a variety of curriculum that address the struggle of being faithful as youth today.
We also have some downtime and play games and have conversations after Fellowship.
